I worked at the SW Oklahoma Blood Institute from 1999-2003. Dr. Gilcher was the Director and was an amazing person to work for and with. He was smart and passionate about helping people. He took interest in his employees and was always a good listener if you had questions or a problem. The world will miss this great guy.
